Recovery Reset
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to gorecoveryreset.com (the “Website”) and applications, bookings, payments, and participation in experiences offered under the Recovery Reset name (each, a “Retreat”).
Recovery Reset is a trade name of Soldi Veraci Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Recovery Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 30 Gould Street N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Our contact email is mariza@gorecoveryreset.com.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website, submitting an application, checking the box indicating agreement to these Terms, paying for a Retreat, or participating in a Retreat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website, submit payment, or attend a Retreat.
1. Eligibility and invitation process
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to apply for, book, or attend a Retreat.
Recovery Reset is an invitation-based experience. Submitting a request or application does not guarantee an invitation or a reservation. A booking may be completed only after Recovery Reset approves the applicant and issues an invitation to book. We may accept or decline an application in our reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.
Unless an invitation expressly states otherwise, a participant attending as a person in recovery must:
have at least 90 days of continuous sobriety at the time of application and remain eligible through the Retreat;
actively participate in a 12-step program; and
agree to maintain an alcohol-free and drug-free experience.
An eligible recovery participant may attend with one adult companion who is not in recovery if Recovery Reset approves the companion. The companion must independently accept these Terms, satisfy all generally applicable requirements, and follow the same conduct, confidentiality, insurance, and substance-free rules.
Participants must provide complete and accurate information and promptly notify us if information relevant to eligibility or safety changes. If a participant no longer satisfies an eligibility requirement, the cancellation and transfer rules in Section 6 apply.
2. Nature of the experience
Recovery Reset offers premium, recovery-centered experiences in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Depending on the applicable invitation and booking confirmation, a Retreat may include private accommodation, meals, airport transfers, local ground transportation, and personal-growth or spirituality-focused workshops.
Recovery Reset is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, detoxification, rehabilitation, sober-living, or relapse-intervention provider. Retreats do not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, medical care, crisis services, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. No particular personal, spiritual, health, or recovery outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Participation in a Retreat does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, sponsor-sponsee, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship with Recovery Reset or its facilitators.
3. Retreat-specific information
The applicable invitation, booking page, checkout page, and written booking confirmation will identify the Retreat dates, location, price, and included services. Those Retreat-specific details are incorporated into these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the most recent written booking confirmation controls for that Retreat, except that it cannot waive rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Unless expressly included in writing, the price does not include airfare, passport or visa costs, travel or medical insurance, baggage fees, optional activities, personal purchases, medical care, emergency evacuation, alternative transportation, or costs arising from a participant’s delay, conduct, early departure, or failure to comply with these Terms.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The advertised Retreat price includes all mandatory taxes and fees charged by Recovery Reset. Any optional purchase will be identified separately before it is charged.
Full payment is due at booking. A reservation is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and Recovery Reset sends written confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Recovery Reset does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Use of a payment processor may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Recovery Reset and its payment processor to charge the disclosed amount. A card-network dispute or chargeback does not expand or replace any right available under these Terms or applicable law.
5. Travel documents, information, and insurance
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport, immigration authorization, visa or tourist permission, and any other document required to enter, remain in, and depart Mexico and to return to the participant’s home country. Recovery Reset does not provide immigration or legal advice and is not responsible for denied entry, delayed travel, or other consequences of incomplete or invalid documents.
Each participant must obtain and maintain travel and medical insurance covering the full trip. Coverage should include, where available, trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, and repatriation. Proof of coverage must be provided to Recovery Reset at least 30 days before the Retreat begins. Failure to provide timely proof may result in denial of attendance under the cancellation rules in Section 6.
Participants must provide complete flight and transfer details at least 10 days before arrival. A participant who misses an included transfer because of a delayed or changed flight, inaccurate or late information, late arrival, or another circumstance affecting that participant must arrange and pay for alternative transportation.
6. Participant cancellation and booking transfers
All participant payments are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy applies if a participant cancels, does not attend, arrives late, leaves early, fails to obtain travel documents or insurance, becomes ineligible, or is denied attendance or removed for violating these Terms.
A paid booking may be transferred to another eligible adult only if:
Recovery Reset receives a written transfer request at least 30 days before the Retreat begins;
the proposed replacement completes the application and approval process;
Recovery Reset gives prior written approval; and
all required documents and agreements are completed on time.
A booking is not transferable without our written approval. Recovery Reset may deny a proposed transfer if the replacement is ineligible, the request is incomplete or late, or the transfer would create a safety, operational, legal, or payment-processing concern.
Participants are strongly encouraged to protect nonrefundable payments through suitable travel insurance.
7. Cancellation, postponement, and changes by Recovery Reset
Recovery Reset may cancel, postpone, relocate, or materially modify a Retreat when reasonably necessary because of insufficient enrollment, venue unavailability, facilitator illness, transportation disruption, severe weather, hurricane, natural disaster, epidemic or public-health event, government action or restriction, civil unrest, utility failure, safety concern, supplier failure, or another event beyond our reasonable control.
If Recovery Reset cancels a Retreat or postpones it and the participant cannot attend the replacement dates, the participant will receive a credit equal to amounts paid to Recovery Reset. The credit:
may be applied to an eligible Recovery Reset Retreat;
is subject to availability and the participant’s continuing eligibility; and
expires 12 months after the original Retreat start date.
Credits are not redeemable for cash, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. Recovery Reset is not responsible for airfare, insurance premiums, visa or passport expenses, lost wages, or other incidental or consequential costs. Participants should purchase insurance that protects those expenses.
Recovery Reset may make reasonable changes to accommodations, property, schedule, facilitators, meals, transportation providers, or program content. We will use reasonable efforts to provide a substantially comparable experience and notify participants of material changes.
8. Accommodation and property rules
Unless a booking confirmation states otherwise, each participant will receive a private room. Room location and property configuration may vary.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted at the Retreat property or activities. Participants must comply with property rules, occupancy limits, quiet hours, safety instructions, and reasonable directions from Recovery Reset and the property owner or manager.
Participants are financially responsible for property damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, fines, penalties, or other losses caused by them or their guests. Recovery Reset may charge the payment method on file only when legally permitted and after providing reasonable documentation of the charge, or may seek payment through another lawful method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recovery Reset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal belongings. Participants should safeguard valuables and use available locks or safes.
9. Substance-free and participant conduct rules
Retreats are alcohol-free and drug-free. Participants may not possess, use, distribute, or be impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or unauthorized controlled substances on the property, in provided transportation, or during Retreat activities. Lawfully prescribed medication used as directed is not prohibited, but participants remain responsible for safely managing their medications.
Participants must not engage in violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, unlawful conduct, unsafe behavior, serious disruption, invasion of privacy, or conduct that threatens the well-being or experience of another person.
Recovery Reset may deny participation or require a participant to leave when we reasonably believe the participant:
violates these Terms or a safety instruction;
no longer meets eligibility requirements;
presents a material safety or disruption risk; or
has medical, psychiatric, behavioral, recovery, or support needs beyond what this non-clinical Retreat can safely provide.
A removed participant is not entitled to a refund and is responsible for arranging and paying for departure, replacement lodging, transportation, and other resulting costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Recovery Reset may contact emergency services or appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary.
10. Meals, allergies, and dietary requests
Meals may be prepared or supplied by independent restaurants, chefs, caterers, or the venue. Participants must disclose relevant allergies and dietary restrictions accurately and by any deadline we provide.
Recovery Reset and its providers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timely disclosed dietary needs, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, prevent cross-contact, or guarantee that every preference can be accommodated. A participant with a severe allergy or medical dietary need should consult a qualified medical professional before attending, carry prescribed emergency medication, and take appropriate personal precautions.
11. Transportation
Airport transfers and local Retreat transportation may be provided by independent local drivers or transportation companies. Participants must follow seat-belt requirements, vehicle rules, pickup instructions, and reasonable safety directions.
Schedules and travel times may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, government action, mechanical issues, or other events. Recovery Reset does not guarantee uninterrupted or delay-free transportation. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility arising from our own failure to exercise legally required care in selecting or coordinating providers.
12. Health, safety, and emergencies
Each participant is responsible for determining whether travel to Mexico and participation in the Retreat are appropriate for them. Participants should consult qualified professionals concerning health, medication, mobility, mental-health, or recovery concerns.
In an emergency, the participant authorizes Recovery Reset to contact emergency services, the participant’s emergency contact, insurer, or other appropriate person and to share reasonably necessary information. Recovery Reset may arrange transportation or assistance when the participant cannot do so. The participant is responsible for medical, evacuation, transportation, and related costs.
Recovery Reset does not guarantee the availability, quality, or response time of medical or emergency services in Mexico.
13. Independent providers
Recovery Reset may arrange or coordinate services supplied by independent property owners, managers, restaurants, chefs, drivers, transportation companies, facilitators, and other providers. These providers are not employees or agents of Recovery Reset merely because their services are included or coordinated.
Each provider remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, licenses, facilities, personnel, and services. Recovery Reset remains responsible for its own obligations and for any responsibility that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.
14. Participation agreement and liability waiver
Every participant must electronically sign any separate participation agreement, informed-consent form, code of conduct, media preference form, and liability waiver required for the Retreat. These documents supplement these Terms. A participant who does not complete required documents by the stated deadline may be denied attendance under the cancellation policy in Section 6.
15. Privacy, photography, and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Photography and video recording may occur during a Retreat. A participant may opt out of appearing in Recovery Reset marketing photographs or videos by notifying us in writing before the Retreat and following any reasonable on-site identification process. We will use reasonable efforts to honor timely opt-out requests. Any separate signed media release or preference form will control the use of a participant’s identifiable image or voice.
Participants may not record workshops or copy restricted workshop content. Participants may not photograph, film, or record another participant without that person’s permission.
Participants must respect the privacy of others and may not disclose another attendee’s personal story, recovery information, health information, identity, or other private disclosure without permission. Because a Retreat includes group interactions, Recovery Reset cannot guarantee that another participant will honor this obligation. This participant confidentiality expectation does not prevent a person from reporting a safety concern, suspected crime, abuse, or other matter to appropriate professionals or authorities.
16. Consent to personal and sensitive data processing
Retreat applications and administration may require information about identity, passport or travel documents, flight itinerary, insurance, emergency contacts, dietary needs, allergies, accessibility needs, current or past health, sobriety, 12-step participation, and spiritual or philosophical beliefs. Some of this information may be considered sensitive under applicable law.
By checking the box agreeing to these Terms and submitting information to Recovery Reset, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and expressly consent in writing and electronically to Recovery Reset collecting, using, storing, and disclosing the sensitive personal information you choose or are required to provide for the following purposes:
evaluating eligibility and applications;
administering bookings, accommodation, meals, transportation, and Retreat participation;
addressing accessibility, dietary, health, recovery, and safety needs;
responding to emergencies and incidents;
complying with legal, insurance, accounting, and risk-management obligations; and
establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
You also consent to necessary information being transferred to and processed in the United States, Mexico, and the countries where our service providers operate, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by emailing mariza@gorecoveryreset.com, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may make it impossible to evaluate an application, provide services, or permit attendance.
17. Intellectual property
The Website, Retreat curriculum, workshop materials, text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, videos, and other content owned or licensed by Recovery Reset are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Recovery Reset grants participants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access Website and workshop materials for personal, noncommercial use. Without prior written permission, users and participants may not copy, republish, record, distribute, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially teach or exploit protected materials.
18. Website rules and third-party links
You may not use the Website to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or harvest information, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
The Website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Recovery Reset does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
19. Cookies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for operation, security, preferences, forms, and checkout. We may later introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies. Optional technologies will be described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, presented through appropriate consent controls before use. Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies, although required features may not function properly.
20. Website and Retreat disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website, its content, and Retreat services are provided on an “as available” basis. Recovery Reset does not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current, or that Retreat services will be free from every delay, inconvenience, risk, or third-party failure.
Recovery Reset does not disclaim any express commitment in a booking confirmation and does not exclude warranties, duties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recovery Reset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, or costs of independently purchased airfare or other travel arrangements, arising from the Website, a Retreat, a delay, a cancellation, or a third-party provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recovery Reset’s total aggregate liability arising from a Retreat will not exceed the amount the affected participant paid directly to Recovery Reset for that Retreat.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent caused by liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability or remedy that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
22. Responsibility for claims caused by a participant
To the extent permitted by law, a participant is responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, or third-party claims resulting from that participant’s unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, intentional misconduct, or damage to property. This provision does not require a participant to compensate Recovery Reset for Recovery Reset’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach.
23. Complaints and dispute resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, a participant and Recovery Reset will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. A participant must send a written description of the concern and requested resolution to mariza@gorecoveryreset.com. We will use reasonable efforts to respond within 15 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice, the parties may participate in remote mediation if they mutually agree on a qualified mediator or program available at no cost to both parties. Mediation is voluntary unless the parties separately agree otherwise in writing. Either party may end the mediation process and pursue available legal remedies.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to proceed elsewhere, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming. Mandatory laws applicable in Mexico or a participant’s place of residence remain effective to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid booking will not retroactively reduce the participant’s contractual rights unless the participant agrees or the change is required by law or reasonably necessary for safety. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Website terms, but not a material change to a previously confirmed Retreat booking.
25. General provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Retreat-specific booking confirmation, and any signed participation documents constitute the agreement between the participant and Recovery Reset concerning the subject matter they cover.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A participant may not assign a booking or these Terms except through the approved transfer process in Section 6. Recovery Reset may assign the agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of the business, or transfer to an affiliate, subject to applicable law.
